Therapy for Adults
Practical Tools. Real Connection. Lasting Change.
Life can feel overwhelming—anxiety, self-doubt, relationship struggles, or major transitions can leave you feeling stuck. Therapy offers a supportive space to sort through these challenges, gain new skills, and reconnect with what matters most.
I combine Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) strategies and a humanistic, supportive style to help adults manage anxiety, navigate transitions, address intimacy and sexual concerns and build confidence

Therapy: Tools, Support, and Space to Grow
Therapy is about more than symptom relief — it’s about understanding yourself, building tools, and creating a more fulfilling way forward. My approach combines Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) for practical strategies, a humanistic, person-centered relationship for empathy and support, and sex therapy to address intimacy and sexual concerns when they are part of your goals.
Together, we’ll work to:
Learn effective CBT strategies for managing anxiety, stress, and unhelpful thought patterns
Strengthen confidence and self-acceptance through supportive, collaborative therapy
Explore values, identity, and direction to create more intentional choices
Improve communication and relationships
Address intimacy or sexual concerns, including male sexual dysfunction, with sensitivity when relevant
Therapy doesn’t promise quick fixes, but it offers a space to gain clarity, practice new skills, and move toward a more authentic, meaningful life.
