Anna M. Guha, JD, LMFT
In the first decade of the 2000s, I attended Stanford Law School and practiced corporate law in large firms. Over time, I discovered I was more interested in understanding how people navigate uncertainty and find meaning in their lives than in the complexities of corporate law, which ultimately led me to retrain as a psychotherapist.
I have been practicing psychotherapy since 2018, working with adults facing anxiety, self-doubt, and major life transitions. My approach is direct yet compassionate, offering space to examine what truly matters, how to navigate uncertainty, and how to live more fully.
Outside of my work, I find joy in live music and travel—both remind me of the richness of human experience and the many ways people seek meaning, connection, and inspiration.
If you’re seeking therapy that is engaging, thoughtful, and grounded in deep conversation, I invite you to reach out.
